Online Coaching is a flexible, cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals where you can work out when it is convenient for you. You can get fit even if your schedule is busy, as you don’t need to book in training sessions with Jordan, you can do them when it suits you.
Jordan will offer you support throughout the week; checking up on you to see how everything is going from your gym program, nutrition plan, motivation and any concerns you are having.
Online Coaching is like having a Personal Trainer in your pocket who can support you anytime, any day!
What’s included with Online Coaching?
Online Coaching includes many aspects which is all personalised for you. A gym program, activity plan, nutrition plan, use of a training app, weekly check in’s and support 24/7.
With Online Coaching, you also get personal support from Jordan throughout the week. There will be a check in form to complete weekly through the training app to ensure we are staying on top of everything to maximise your results.
