I started with Jordan at the end of June after coming across his page on Instagram. I approached Jordan in seeking some advice in breaking the bad habits I had with food I was a comfort eater! “I met Jordan through his Whatsupp box just over a year ago, not long after taking an interest in strength training. Jordan took the time when delivering my first box to get to know me and showed genuine interest in helping me meet my goals from day one even tho I wasn’t training with him at the time. The monthly Whatsupp boxes are a fantastic way to try a variety of products which are a healthy addition to your diet that change each month, to help boost your workouts and increase your protein intake. Through using the workouts in the early boxes, I quickly found that my weights at home were not enough anymore but lacked confidence to go to a gym. This is when I contacted Jordan for advice on a workout program/gym advice and for nutrition advice. I would highly recommend getting in shape with Jordan. I’ve been with him for 8 weeks & I have so far lost 3 & a half inches around my stomach and upper thighs all together. He keeps you motivated, takes interest in your personal life on how to keep going at home. He does work you hard and I’m shattered but that is what you;’re going there for, to work towards your goals. He even gives good banter, which makes it more fun to go to. I will be renewing again once my program is up.

I was lucky enough to win 4 personal training sessions earlier this year & 6 months later, I’m still here working with him once a week. As a busy mum, I needed something just for me once a week and this has been great for me. The sessions I do are with some great friends too, which makes it even more fun! I would highly recommend Jordan’s PT classes. I always look forward to my Sunday morning workouts. I have been using Jordan's online coaching platform for the past 12 weeks.
